so...has been a while...this is an om...which is the mantra/sound/etc...that ~Buddha emanted to create everything around us ... now i believe everything is connected . you / your bike .. the oil /// air // toast in the morning ,, coffee ... you just gotta listen to what it's saying ... then you'll hear where it can help x
