caffeine is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant, having the effect of temporarily warding off drowsiness and restoring alertness. Beverages containing caffeine, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, and energy drinks enjoy great popularity. Caffeine is the world's most widely consumed psychoactive substance, but unlike many other psychoactive substances it is legal and unregulated in nearly all jurisdictions. In North America, 90% of adults consume caffeine daily.[5]
book
i read a lot. don't own a tv and prefer a good novel anytime. sainsbury's do a nice deal on books. this guy is Stieg Larsson. he wrote the Millenium Trilogy - The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo / The Girl who Played with Fire / The Girl who Kicked the Hornets' Nest. They are an amazing read. I only just read that the author died after delivering the Trilogy to his publisher. A film is already made of the first. Get the books. Go here too www.stieglarsson.com
